Negotiations with local authorities on self-selection and acquisition of land for construction;
Receipt of these bodies technical condition;
Receive a letter of guarantee on the purchase of electricity;
Preparation of project documentation and coordination with local authorities;
Obtaining a construction permit from local authorities;
Obtain permission from the Ministry of Nature;
Construction and commissioning of turnkey facilities;
Term project a maximum of 12 months
